Home
Home for me is a haven.
I am proud to say that I am a homebody.
I complain about cleaning it...and I do want to simplify our lives one day...until then, this is HOME.
This is where my heart is.
And I agree with Dorothy: "There's no place like home."

Yours is beautiful!!
I know you know this Suz, but you are blessed to have such a gorgeous home. And to live in such a beautiful area in the country---well, my young friend, you have alot to be thankful for... And I'm thankful to be a part of your blogger friends!!!

Betsy
I'm a homebody, too! Your home is de-lovely!
ReplyDeleteAwww... I love your pics..what a beautiful home! And yes.. it's only a house until you've made it a home.. and you've done just that! Good for you!
ReplyDeleteEvery post you do is so elegant and beautiful! Your home is beautiful and so is your family. Even your vacuum cleaner is gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, I soooo agree with you, Suz. There is no place I'd rather be than home. I find such peace at home. It's where I get my strength...now I sound like Scarlett. Probably because my home is my Tara. I believe in strong roots and a solid foundation and I think it's very important for a family to have a place to gather where they can live and love, share and shine. A home is more than a house...it's the heart of the family.
ReplyDeleteLove ur pics! What did you decide to name your dyson?
ReplyDeleteYep, nothing quite like pulling in the driveway after being a way for a while. Dorothy was right. No place like it.
ReplyDeleteLovely collage, my lovely friend.

And, most of all, I love how your home radiates WARMTH, FAMILY and LOVE... because that is what it's all about!
