Today, it is very cold here. cold for us Florida Flamingos. My outside temp gage was flashing between 34 degrees and ICE.
Ice?
Oh, lordy, how does the car know I need to pick up a bag of ICE today????
Now, that is a SMART car.

as for the bossy car... not sure. mine just seems to keep changing the rules for how the windshield wipers work. or it is just me... but i don't think so.
We came on holiday to Florida and there was a freeze warning.

My car is bossy too. It howls repeatedly if the front seat belts aren't on. I thought it was me that was irritated by it all....
WOW - this deep freeze is really stretching FAR south is you guys are down in the 30's. We are down to 13 and I have a pipe that is partially frozen - EEK! A trickle of water is getting through and I have the space heater set up in the bathroom HOPING it will thaw and not burst. (this is a "problem pipe" in our house.....)

ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the cold there...I am sure my daughter will be calling me to vent about it later. She will go on and on and then say something like "Oh just forget it, you aren't going to feel sorry for me are you?" I do feel bad cause I know she hates the cold but it's hard to feel "that" bad when it's been -14 every damn day with a -30 wind chill. LOL
It actually got to about 10 degree here yesterday and get this, we are getting a heat wave today...might reach 30 degree. After many days of below 0, I am so ready for this! I might not need a coat!

ReplyDeleteBUT--if you really want to hear BOSSY, just buy a GPS.. We even find ourselves arguing with ours.. AND I can't even count the number of times I've said, "AW-shut up" to that GPS... ha

ANOTHER new look? Cute! The weather here is back to being schizo! Yesterday, the windchill was about -15, temp around 9, by Saturday they say we'll hit 52!! WTF?

ReplyDeleteI think roads are bossy! Stop here, no turn on red, yield here, 35 mph over there...what's up with that! I'm in too much of a hurry! I need a space ship car where I can zip around and not worry about all these bossy laws (which by the way, I do obey, but boy is it a pain).
