Softball Life Season is upon us again.
We had our first home game last night....not great results, but Lo had some good hits...
I 'm not sure who was screaming.....just one of those obnoxious parents the Coach has to deal with.

Making a production out of everything since 2008
Great video! Brings back memories of Nalley umpiring.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun! Parents can be crazy!

Ah - the crack of a bat - I love the sounds of spring!!
ReplyDeleteOhhh...makes me wish I was young again and playing softball! What fun!
ReplyDeleteMy daughters played fast pitch softball when they were in junior high and high school and I loved it. Oh how I miss the old days!
ReplyDeleteLet the games begin! I love youth sports except for the parents...not all but most.

Welcome to the Uk where we now have guidelines (yes- we incapable of doing anything without them) for how to behave at the touch line of games. If you shout too much and distract, criticize the kids or the officials, encourage bad behaviour, and so forth and so forth, you and your kid will be banned.
ReplyDeleteIf you were in Indy and the sport was basketball... that obnoxious screaming would be me. Sorry to all the coaches!
ReplyDeleteUm, that screaming IS me....it is good to scream/yell FOR your kids...but never AT your kids. ;) Some parents don't get that part.
ReplyDeleteLove it! But i have to tell you, I don't know how to manage to live through all that softball. of course, the fact that your family ROCKS at it makes it a little sweeter. Just shows you are a great mom!
ReplyDeleteI knew right away that was you, Suz! My daughter played softball and I remember the excitement that comes with the crack of the bat.
ReplyDeleteI figured that screaming was you, Suz... I get to go to Texas in April to see my grandgirls play softball. I cannot wait. The youngest is a REAL athlete. She is a catcher ---and has gotten all kinds of awards. I CANNOT wait.. Talk about SCREAMING.... You'll hear me all the way to Florida.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Betsy
You're actually a cute screamer:)
ReplyDeleteI recognize that screamer... oh yes I do! ;)
