TGIF, Dance like no one is watching.

I purchased a new CD this week. You are welcome for my help in stimulating the economy.

No, I am not a huge MJ fan, but I do LIKE most of his oldies. 146073_3_f

Really, my main reason for this purchase was for for Linds. She is going to do the THRILLER in the fall with her dance group. This dance was planned prior to MJ’s passing.

As a bonus, it is nice for me to get some new songs on my IPod…nothing like some new music to get me moving on the tread torture mill.

Have you ever seen someone dance and walk quickly on an incline on their treadmill ? That is what I do. It is a really good workout…I sweat like a, like a, um like a girl walking uphill and dancing at the same time. If you want to see, click HERE.

Did you see how much I am sweating?I love dancing so much that I ignore the sweating part.

Pretty silly huh?

What? You could not see anything?????

You really did not think I would post that for the world to see did you? I am silly, not crazy.

Quite the joker huh? Yes, I need my own stage..darnit I need ONE. :)

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

I wish for you all to find joy in the little things in life; love from your family and friends, laughter whenever you can get it and remember to always dance like no one is watching, because in reality, NO ONE IS WATCHING!!! (unless you post it on your blog!!)

Happy Friday!!!

  2. You would rock at KTV!

I love dancing, it's my favorite kind of aerobics. It always lifts my spirits. MJ is great for dancing, I agree.

  3. OMG I fell for it and clicked, clicked again - aaaaaaaaaaaa! *sends busy bee a spanking* :-D

I used to love MJ, he had some great music back in the 80's before he went all weird and stuff. Such a shame, such a loss.

    Dance baby, dance!

  6. this is too cute, one time i went to the YMCA and was working out on the torture mill and i kept switching from running to speed walking, Wes was with me at the time and he kept watching me and when i would run i would hold on to the bars. i told him because i needed to keep my balance. he said you need to pump your arms. so when i had about 45 seconds left of my 25 minute workout i sped it up to 6.5 miles per hour and started to pump my arms and i thought boy i bet i look good!! and Wes was like "that's it, you got it!" and then i looked down and the timer started going backwards, instead of counting down to stop it kept going and it wouldn't stop!! it was like 1 and a half minutes and i started to get a cramp and the machine wouldn't stop and i wasn't holding on to anything and i couldn't stop!! Oh my gosh i fell off the machine, mind you it was about 6 at night the place was packed and every eye was on me!! i looked like a complete goof!!

  7. You make me laugh! I do good not to run into the door facings inside the house - my ten + years on you has made me uncoordinated!!! I do however remember the early MJ tunes and like you, I enjoyed them. Hope you and your family have a fun weekend.

  10. happy Friday Suz! I'm not a MJ fan, but I think he was talented. Unfortunately, his music reminds me of the sad negative stuff in his life.

Will you post a video clip of Linds dancing? That's something I could enjoy!

  11. I don't dance like no one is watching....

I dance like people are pointing and laughing.

And usually? They all join in and start dancing with me. Cuz that's how I roll.

    Happy Friday!

  28. I recently bought that CD, too. I was happy to find that I love almost everything on it.... but I have to ask you...(and I plan on blogging about this sometime in the near future..) have you listened to his enunciation when he is singing "Ben"? OMGEEEE! It is horrible.
