Grandma well.
Grandma sick.
Grandma ok.
Grandma bad.
called hospice.
My heart is lighter today.
I have been trying NOT to be so wordy lately as I am myself bored by super long posts. This was a challenge. Sums up my thoughts today perfectly though. Thanks Caution Flag for this Wednesday idea.
I hope these words down here don’t get me in trouble. Or this word. or this one. Ooops, another one snuck out.
Lighter hearts are good - no matter how short term. Thx for playing 15 words :))

ReplyDeleteA lighter heart is a wonderful thing.
ReplyDeleteThe people of hospice are truly angels on Earth.
I'm sorry that hospice had to be called for your grandmother. But they were wonderful with my first wife. We'll keep all of you in our prayers.
ReplyDeleteOh Honey, I cried for you this morning... At least Hospice will keep her painfree.. My heart is heavy--and I'm so very sorry for you. I know you will miss her terribly. BUT--the good news is that she will be in the loving arms of Jesus. SO--it can't be much better than that.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Prayers and Big Wet Smoochies today,
Betsy

Sorry to hear this. Thoughts and prayers are with you. You are so lucky to have had all the great memories with your grandma for so many years and your daughters are so lucky to know their great grandma and spend as much time with her as you did!
ReplyDeleteGrandma will be in good hands. Take comfort in knowing she'll be in His hands after that. I'm sorry you're going through this, I know it's not easy. I miss my grandma just as much today as I did when we lost her 7 years ago. I feel your pain. {{{hugs}}}
ReplyDeleteOh Suz.. I'm so sorry. I know she will be comfortable and that can make a heart feel a little better. So sorry for all you're going through!
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry about your grandma. I know how much you love her, heck! I love her too. What a spirit she has. I hope she is better once in hospice.
ReplyDeleteI like this idea of 15 words. Every so often I try to post a very brief post...and it feels so refreshing.
