An excellent example of brown would be our sweet brown dogs.
(the technical color description for a brown boxer is ‘fawn’)
And this is an excellent example of a ‘brown NOSE.’
Hmmmmm. Do you smell something funny?
I hope your Monday doesn't stink!
Brown is one of my most favorite colors. Your dogs are so darn cute!I hope your Monday doesn't stink either! :) Have a marvelous Monday!
ReplyDeleteThe last pic cracks me up! Speaking of stinky. We had a skunk spend the night in our garage Sat. night. Can you say puuuuuweeee?!?!?
ReplyDeleteOMG!!!! this is HYSETERICAL.
ReplyDeleteoh man oh man
you should frame it!!
Oh how funny! They sure are beautiful. Enjoy your Monday Suzanne.
ReplyDeleteHahahahaha...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the laugh this morning!! Dogs aren't too picky when it comes to sleeping positions, are they? Hope he didn't have nightmares!
All I can think about when I read that is "what can brown do for you?" and in these pictures..not very much. (except for love and laughs, of course!)
ReplyDeleteVery cute! : )
hahahahaha you KNOW i love these doggies... just plop down where ever they feel like it... they own the joint... you can tell.
ReplyDeletePerfect BROWN this morning for your post, Suzanne... George had to 'think' about that color awhile --since we have no beautiful brown doggies!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat last picture is hilarious!!!
Hugs,
Betsy

Typical boxers...I'm going to have to start shoot more pics of ours...
ReplyDeleteI love that they sleep together! We have a black lab, her brother is a brown lab adopted by the in-laws. Whenever we get together...they do the same thing. Curl up together like two babies and go right to sleep!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, and my fave brown thing....chocolate of course.
Suz..
ReplyDeleteYour "brown nosing" boxers are beautiful!!My felines often sniff..and moments later want to cuddle and kiss..
thanks for the humor this morning!!
warm sandy hugs..
Loui♥
I think you should get an award for the most unique 'Brown' post! Thanks for starting my week with a chuckle.
ReplyDeleteThey sure are cute! Even if they do sniff butts.

Happy Monday lady!
My day just got better knowing that I did not wake up in that position!!
ReplyDeleteSuz this is just too darn funny. You gotta love dogs! Thanks for the laugh!
ReplyDelete<><
I love the photo (in your previous posting) of you and your brother. I am so sorry for your loss, and I celebrate the gift of his presence in your life, for as long as you had him. No, we never stop remembering and missing those precious ones.
ReplyDeleteOn a lighter note, I also loved your brown-nose comment on the photos. I don't even want to know what it is about dogs that makes them so fascinated with the stinkier things of life. Just don't want to think about it! But your photos and comments are hilarious. Thank you for that!
cool pics of your great dogs - especially that last one lol
ReplyDeleteYou are a stitch Suzgirl!! Your pooches are a beautiful fawn & so healthy looking. It's strange how they seem to NEED to stick their nose in the butt of their pack mate.I guess they're reassuring themselves that it's not an imposter. Hootie is always checking to make sure Baby RocketDog is who she claims to be! hehe. Happy BrownDay.
ReplyDeleteYour dogs are beautiful! You are hilarious...brown nose..lol.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday to you!
What a funny post! I needed the laugh. :-) Your pups are so cute!
ReplyDeleteThat is HILARIOUS! So incredibly funny!
ReplyDeleteGreat brown post! No, no stinky stuff here (oh wait, let me check Ellie)
ReplyDeleteLove the pictures of your beautiful boxers.
Oh dear - I will be careful how I use the term brown nose now.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week Suz.
peeyew, yucky dooty! lol
ReplyDeleteThat is hilarious!
ReplyDeleteBrown comes on four legs (or eight?) in your house! (and ours when the grand-dogs visit).
ReplyDeletethose pups are looking pretty relxed! and of course, the perfect selection for brown week! i hope your monday was great. mine? i coulda passed on it... oh well, i hear monday will be back :)
ReplyDeleteFUNNY! And you would think that a dog couldn't stand to be that close because they have such sensitive noses - - - - but then again, look where they stick those noses - - - on everybody!
ReplyDeleteOur Monday did stink for a couple of hours since our work is downwind from a paper mill that is over FIVE miles away!!!! But other than that, the day was sweet!
- - - and life was too busy this past week to comment on everyone's blog this past week but I, too, am sorry for the loss of your brother. Since I am new to your life, I don't think I knew this had happened until your last post.
Your dogs are so cute! My Mother in law has two boxers and my mom has 1 boxer! They are really rotten as puppies but they grow up to be sweet dogs!
ReplyDeleteAlso they have bad gas so I was surprised to see one sleeping with his nose so close to the other's behind!
Your dogs make me crave a boxer or two. Ask my husband, I ask him all the time. What cuties.
ReplyDeleteFunny post. Thanks for the smile.
ReplyDeletebouaahahhahaaa!
ReplyDeletelet it wind, let it wind, let it wind... :-D
my goodness are your doggies ever shiny and clean! yey!
It's always scary to contemplate where a dog's nose (or tongue) has been.
ReplyDeleteYour dogs are cuties. Great photos of them relaxing together.
