*Sharing is Caring*

Right?

Unless it is a cold virus or a jail cell.  Keep those to yourself.

Ok, I said I had a little something sweet that I wanted to share. Actually I said it was super duper sweet and cute news that will get me into trouble for sharing.

It is not BIG news.

Nothing that needed lights, press, or an interruption of your lunch. (thankyouverymuch Tiger Woods)

I may disappoint you today.

I said it was nothing big. OK?

NO. I am not getting a puppy. Please. I have enough animals.

*Ruff Ruff* *Meow* *slither* *sss…sss…sss* (noisy *lizards)

Ok, so the cutest. sweetest...little thing that I thought I wanted to share, but was afraid to share, cause I will get into trouble is:

Icanttellyou.

It is too risky for me.

I shant do it.

I have much to lose.

I will die a painful death.

I still have much unfinished business.

I mean, who would organize that huge pile of photos on the table?

What? You don’t care about my painful death?

Wow.

Thanks people.

Ok, well, then I will tell you but in code words. Ok? Ok.

Don’t complain if you can’t figure this out on your own.

I made a promise.

There is this painful death I have to worry about.

Ok, so the cutest sweetest little piece of news is as follows:

It involves a teenager in my house.

I won’t tell you which one. But she may or may NOT play a sport that involves a stick like apparatus and a round thingy.

 No, not hockey.

But I can’t tell you what sport. Ok?

Well, anyhoo, when this teenager was a little girl, she may have played this sport way back then too. LoLo giants

She is 6 in this picture. lil’ jack-o-lantern.

Well, anyhoo, when she played this particular sport that I can’t mention, she had boys on her team.

You know back then, she was one of the boys. Well, she practically is today as well, but she has caught the boys eyes for more than just playing sports. You know what I mean.

Heck, look at her:

Oh wait, not THAT photo.

This one:

P1040209

I mean, we don’t have to tie a pork chop around her neck to get the dogs to play with her anymore. (The sayings I learned from my Dad…)

So, this particular teenager may or may NOT have a boyfriend that MAY or MAY NOT go to the same school as her.

He MAY or MAY NOT play a sport SIMILAR to hers too.

No, NOT Lacrosse.

And guess what else.

He MAY or may NOT have been on her SAME team way back when.

Yep.

He MAY or may NOT be in this photo right here:

lolotball giants

(my jack-o- lantern is 2nd from the left)

This particular boy MAY or MAY NOT have been to our house several times in the last month.

This particular boy may or may NOT have a cell phone permanently attached to his ear talking to one of my children.

I am just sayin’.

That is all.

I think that if all this were true, that it would make for a really, really sweet and cute story.

right?

maybe.

if it were true.

I won’t confirm anything.

I hope my death is not too painful.

I love you all.

PS. Remember I like tulips.

PSS. Someone please feed the animals and water my garden.

PSSS. I like all my photos organized in chronological order.

Paybacks

The other morning Linds came out of her room ready for school.

I caught a glimpse of something out of the corner of my eye…something foreign.

I immediately reached my hand out to her hair….What is that? PURPLE??

Linds with her weave.

Before my hand could touch her head she jumped back and said:

Gurrrllll Pahhleease don’t touch my weave!!!!!!

Sometimes, I am not quite sure where she came from.

But she always makes me laugh…laugh so hard I lose my coffee.

Where she came from? That is coming back to me…it is all coming back to me.

Paybacks. You reap what you sow. You get what you gave.

Sorry Mom. Sorry Dad.

See What Happens?

I opened my big ol’ pie hole yesterday talking about how great LoLo has been hitting and lo and behold….the softball God’s heard me.

Her bat cracked at hitting practice last night.

See? paybacks. when will I learn??

I almost mentioned the fact that LoLo has been in the local paper a bit lately…luckily in the sports section and not the police beat.

Isn’t that what all parents want? To keep their kids out of the bad news section?

But I won’t mention that now.

You know, I could stir up fate again.

We have been taking turns; drawing straws, on who gets to be sick each week.

It has been about 4 weeks for me, so my straw was drawn this morning.

I am officially calling in sick.

Who is bringing me chicken Noodle soup?

How about some fresh squeezed OJ?

The more pulp the better. I like to chew my OJ.

Have a glorious snot-free day.

Monday Monday

I almost forgot to share with you how great LoLo is doing in softball.

I was going to share earlier…but I was scared cause when you start bragging about something then it all goes to heck.

But if I don’t share with you, and she remembers that I posted the video of her sister dancing a few weeks ago, well you know, this will come up in therapy later.

She has been hitting like a maniac. A softball maniac.

Doubles. Triples. Singles.

All that talk makes me crave ice cream. Rocky road triple scoop please.

Here is a triple from Friday night.

As she watched this video last night with me, she said: “Dang, I didn't even finish my swing”

She is so cute. I am going to keep her. For just onnnnnne more year.

I have some really, super duper cute news to share too.

I have been holding it inside.

I am ready to burst.

I must share.

But I won’t.

I can’t.

It may get me into Trouble. Trouble, with a capital T. Seriously, it is just the cutest, sweetest little bit of news. But still. Trouble is Trouble.

So maybe I will share later in the week.

It is better to get into trouble closer to the weekend. right?

We had a beautiful weekend. I don’t want to rub it in too much…but it was glorious.

I played in the veggie garden for a bit. I love my dirt. What to do about ants in there though? Any suggestions?? I don’t like ANTS near my stuff. (No offense Aunt Trisha!)

Cuteness overload:

P1040775

Cocoa loves getting her ‘Tan’ On. Ozzie, just loves to follow.

Quite possibly, a short while after this photo, Ozzie went back inside and *someone* else may or may NOT have lazed in that chair to read and possibly dozed off for a little bit. Possibly.

And possibly she dozed off while laying on her back and possibly she snored a bit in her throat and scared herself. possibly.

I won’t name names. Su*anne.

How about you?

Any triple dips…any little snoozes?

How about those ants????
