Willy Nilly Friday-I'm a dog watching Ninja!

Joining Tanya for Willy Nilly Friday; sharing 5 randoms, pics or what-have-ya's.

Did you miss me last week?
This time last Friday we were in Austin, TX.
Vacation is fun. Vacation is exhausting.

1)
While on a boat tour I saw this graffiti and thought: ME TOO!
Ninjas wear  black. I wear black.
Ninjas like sharp objects. I like shanking people with sharp objects.

2)
Our flight leaving Houston was delayed several hours and then rerouted due to weather issues.
Not the shortest route from Houston to Fort Myers, but we made it safely.

3)
Getting home at 3am from vacation is the opposite of fun.
I was able to sleep in, but the Coach had an early morning meeting.
Someone around here has to be responsible…so glad it's not me!

4)
Speaking of being responsible. My InLaws are traveling this week and we are dog sitting the gang of Labs. Actually, when we let all the dogs out, it's more of a herd.
Here is a video I sent to her the other night during 'quiet time'
When a certain little *someone* is full of energy and barking his head off, I'll go back to this video and just *sigh*.

5)
Cough*Cough*
Dog hair.
'nuff said!

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!
Watch out for those hairy sharp-object yielding ninjas!!

  3. You should really be at ground level the next time you visit Tennessee. I'm glad you had a safe trip home, even if you did have to take the scenic route.

  5. 5 gorgeous dogs-we've babysat three a few times and them with our own puny little guy was quite enough, so 5 guests, impressed.

  6. Love the video and love hearing your voice. That's the first time I've heard it... Interesting how we 'think' that someone else talks.... Interesting!!!!

Looks like you flew almost right over the top of us... Did you see us WAVING?????? ha ha ... Glad you got home safely --despite that big storm all around.

Enjoy all of the furry babies at your house.
    Hugs,
    Betsy

  7. Yikes, that was quite the detour... Glad you made it home safe and sound and got to get some rest the next day. :-) Your herd of dogs is awfully cute - I can't imagine what it would be like with them going full speed ahead though... Have a great weekend!

  9. Hi Busy Bee Suz,
1, That's one neat sign on the bridge!
    2. I remember when flying was fun...man that was a long time ago.
    3. Growing up and being responsible is grossly over rated.
    4. Don't your in laws know what kennels are for?

    1. Tom, we don't believe in boarding our dogs…kinda like putting our kids in prison. :)

  10. You are a GREAT relative, to keep that many dogs for them! How do your two (and the cats) like all of that added activity?

  11. Suz, you are full of surprises. Who would have thought you would shank people with sharp objects?
